Die Freundschaft zwischen Wilhelm Hawerkamp (von 1978 \u2013 2009 Lehrer am Berufskolleg in Kleve) und den indischen \u00c4rzten Dr. William und Dr. Silas Frazer bildet die Grundlage f\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Entwicklung des <strong>\u201eMedical &amp; Relief Centre\u201c<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h1><p><strong>In Ghana<\/strong> wurde seit 1999 in Zusammenarbeit mit der Erzieherin Susie Ennin und dem Pastor Franklin Asamoah der <strong>\u201eWilhelm Educational Complex\u201c<\/strong> aufgebaut.
